Each bottle contains 6 fluid ounces (3/4 cup) of gourmet Caribbean Jerk Seasoning, a blend of the highest quality and freshest herbs, spices, and seasonings. Store in a cool, dry area to help prevent clumping. That said, some clumping may occur, because the ingredients are so fresh that they are a bit sticky! Beggs Bold Blends seasonings contain only enough salt to enhance the flavor of your food.
Beggs Bold Blends Caribbean Jerk Seasoning is 100% flavor and nothing artificial. Extreme flavor, medium to hot spiciness, depending upon how much you use. Let's call it a minimum "three-out-of-five-chili-pepper-heat".
Use a little, and it's approximately as spicy as a Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich, Popeye's spicy tenders, Flamin' hot Doritos, or Stubb's spicy barbeque sauce.
