Ingredients

Sweet and Sour Stir-Fry Sauce III – great with chicken, pork, beef and shrimp.

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice (or additional 1/4 cup water)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce with 2 tsp cornstarch dissolved
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Directions

Place all ingredients into sauce pan and heat until bubbly and beginning to thicken
