Red Sweet and Sour Stir-Fry Sauce
Here’s the classic red sweet and sour sauce that is great with chicken, pork, beef and shrimp.

1-quart sauce pan
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce with 2 tsp cornstarch dissolved
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 T brown sugar
Directions
Heat all ingredients in sauce pan until bubbly. Stir constantly to avoid sticking or burning.
