Stick/Immersion Blender
My model is several years old, so the newer models are a bit sleeker to look at. Mine is also a 200w, and the new ones are 300w. I’ve found my 200w model more than powerful enough, so more wattage might be fun but not really necessary. I use my stick blender to fix lumpy gravy and to puree bean soups to make them thicker. A friend pushed me to get one about 10 years ago, and I didn’t want one. Until I got one! Now I’ve bought several as gifts, and I am so glad I have one to fix sauces and gravies that separate or get lumpy.
