Lemony Stir-Fry Sauce for Chicken

A lemony sauce is fantastic over seafood, chicken, and white-fleshed fish. Add a few red pepper flakes, for a little kick! This sauce is slightly thick.

1-quart saucepan

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup chicken broth with 1 T cornstarch dissolved
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice (to taste)
    Optional: a pinch of red pepper flakes

Directions

Put all ingredients into sauce pan and heat on medium-high heat until it begins to bubble and thicken slightly.
