Lemon Sauce for Stir-Fry, Seafood, and Chicken

Great with seafood stir fries, such as shrimp and/or scallops, as well as chicken.

Equipment

  • 1-quart sauce pan

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce with 2 tsp cornstarch dissolved

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to sauce pan.
  2. Stirring constantly, heat until bubbly and beginning to thicken.
