Grow Herbs with an Aerogarden

After seeing one at a friend’s house that was bursting with fresh herbs, I broke down and bought an Aerogarden. That first one worked so well that I bought two more! I now have fresh herbs for cooking, making compound butter, adding to salads and sandwiches, and to give to friends. I love cutting my own fresh, crisp herbs all year instead of buying over-priced, limp herbs at the store. I harvest an enormous amount of basil, parsley, thyme, and oregano each week. The one pictured is full of curly parsley and a few other herbs are just starting out.
