Greek Burgers

Makes 3 one-third pound burgers or 4 quarter-pound burgers

Skillet (iron is best)

Air fryer
Broiler in oven
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (85/15 blend is best) OR ground lamb
- 2T Beggs Bold Blends Greek Seasoning
- Feta Cheese (Optional) 1/8-cup per patty
Directions
- Using your hands, thoroughly mix and squeeze 2 Tablespoons BBB Greek Seasoning into the meat.
- Add feta cheese to the meat and mix.
- Grill patties on grill, in skillet, or in air fryer to an internal temperature of 145F.
NOTE: (Feta doesn’t melt well, so putting it on top after cooking the burger will be less satisfying and messy).
Serving Suggestions:
- Top with Tzatziki sauce
- Top with chopped lettuce, tomato, onion, and olives.
