Global 8″ Chef’s Knife

Global knives are my favorite knives for several reasons:
They feel perfectly balanced.
The knife is one solid piece of steel- no hilt to hold bacteria.
The hilt is textured, so the knife doesn’t slip out of my hand, no matter how oily my hand might be.
They hold a blade for longer than less expensive knives, because they are made made of high-tech molybdenum/vanadium stainless steel.
They are a work of art and look sexy!

This 8 inch chef’s knife probably gets more use than any of my other knives.
