The Essential Flour Sack Towels

Every good cook has a big stack of flour sack towels folded in a drawer. Flour sack towels are for drying dishes, covering bread dough while it rises, and wiping hands while cooking. After many washes, they become softer, more absorbent, and more lint-free. The best ones are the oldest, but the oldest are often eye sores and have to be replaced. When I have to replace mine, this is the brand I get. The sizes are uniform, the towels are sturdy, and they are big at 28×28. You get a full dozen, and the price is perfect.
