Extraordinary Air-Fried Pork Chops (you can bake or grill them also!)

1 pork chop per person (a whole pork loin will usually give 12-13 really nice and thick chops)
Equipment
You can air fry these pork chops or bake them in your oven or grill them!
Ingredients
• Thick-cut boneless pork chops- 1.25″ thick
• Beggs Bold Blends Poultry & Pork Seasoning
Directions
1. LIBERALLY coat each side of your pork chop with Beggs Bold Blends Poultry & Pork Seasoning. It should look “herb crusted”.
2. Air fry (at 400F) for 10 minutes and take temperature with a digital probe thermometer. Keep checking each minute. Do not exceed 14 minutes.
3. Remove the pork chop when internal temperature is 145F
4. Let pork chop rest a few minutes before cutting, so it will retain all the juices!
