Basic Stir-fry Sauce

Equipment
- 1-2 Qt. saucepan- no lid needed
- cooking spoon
Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce mixed with 5 T cornstarch
- ½ cup chicken stock
- 1/3 cup rice wine or rice wine vinegar
- 2 T sesame oil (if you have toasted sesame oil- even better!)
- 1 T minced garlic or granulated garlic
- 2 tsp minced ginger root or powdered ginger
- 1T onion powder
Directions
- Add all ingredients to sauce pan.
- Stirring constantly, heat until bubbly and beginning to thicken.
