Global Knife Serrated

I use this knife more than my other knives, with the exception of my chef’s knife. This knife makes short work of slicing thin-skinned fruits and vegetables and also vegetables with a skin that it slippery. You want your knife to hold and slice and not slip off, that’s why this serrated blade is perfect for things like tomatoes. I’ve had mine since 2013 and have not needed to sharpen it. I am just a huge fan of these Global brand knives.
