Lasagna and Deep Casserole Pans
Pictured above:
I own two of the larger (18x12x3) blue pans and two of the smaller (13x10x3) red pans. The larger pan will serve 24-36 and the smaller pan will serve 12-15.
You need a deep, sturdy pan for lasagna and really hearty casseroles such as shepherd’s pie, and this one is absolutely perfect. Load it up, and it won’t bend. I’ve used mine for over three years, and they don’t warp. They are really nonstick and easy to clean. (I make sure to use a silicone spatula to cut the lasagna or whatever is in the pan.)
I’m a huge fan of the heavy-duty and low-priced Casa line of baking equipment.
