Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup coconut milk (lite or regular)
  • 1 T fish sauce
  • 4 T fresh lime juice  with 2 tsp cornstarch dissolved
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dried crushed chili (or red pepper flakes) (or chili-garlic sauce from a jar)
  • 1 T brown sugar

Directions

Heat over medium heat and stir until bubbly
