Spicy Szechuan Stir-Fry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3-4 T soy sauce with 2tsp cornstarch dissolved
  • 2 T rice wine or rice vinegar
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (or fish sauce)
  • 2 Tbsp. green onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh minced ginger (or 1 tsp ground ginger powder)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp. chili paste (sambal oleek brand chili-garlic sauce )

Directions

Put all ingredients in sauce pan and heat until bubbly and slightly thick. Stir regularly.
