Ingredients
- 3-4 T soy sauce with 2tsp cornstarch dissolved
- 2 T rice wine or rice vinegar
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (or fish sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. green onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh minced ginger (or 1 tsp ground ginger powder)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tsp. chili paste (sambal oleek brand chili-garlic sauce )
Directions
Put all ingredients in sauce pan and heat until bubbly and slightly thick. Stir regularly.
