Greek Burgers

Makes 3 one-third pound burgers or 4 quarter-pound burgers

Equipment

Cook using any of the following equipment

Skillet (iron is best)

Grill

Air fryer

Broiler in oven

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (85/15 blend is best) OR ground lamb
  • 2T Beggs Bold Blends Greek Seasoning
  •  Feta Cheese (Optional)   1/8-cup per patty

Directions

  1. Using your hands, thoroughly mix and squeeze 2 Tablespoons BBB Greek Seasoning into the meat.
  2. Add feta cheese to the meat and mix.
  3. Grill patties on grill, in skillet, or in air fryer to an internal temperature of 145F.

NOTE:  (Feta doesn’t melt well, so putting it on top after cooking the burger will be less satisfying and messy).

Serving Suggestions:

  1. Top with Tzatziki sauce
  2. Top with chopped lettuce, tomato, onion, and olives.
